Zen massage therapy

This was my second time at Zen Massage Therapy, and they have officially won me over! I’ve now tried both their deep tissue and their relaxing massage, and I honestly can’t decide which I liked more. I have had sessions with both a female and a male therapist here; both were absolutely amazing. They are so skilled that it’s actually hard to choose who to book with next time because they were each better than the last! The atmosphere is totally on point—the sound of the waterfall and the music playing in the room makes it so easy to drift away. If you need to de-stress, this is the place.

My husband and I went in for a couples massage. When we booked we weren’t sure what to expect. The pictures and reviews seemed a little fishy. I can say that it was a legit massage place, but I still think some of the photos of people are fake. We went in and the receptionist was very kind and led us to the bathroom, gave us free cold bottles of water and showed us the waiting room. We were able to sit and control the tv while we waited. We were then taken to the room and got ready. I didn’t meet my massage therapist until after the massage and my husband didn’t meet his at all and she didn’t speak the whole time. Jay checked in a bunch which was great, but the massage was a bit fast and aggressive though the pressure was good. He used his arm on my spine a few times which I don’t think is

Had the most amazing massage today with Jay! I got there in a lot of pain on my neck and shoulders and he made sure I was comfortable and went his way to deliver an amazing deep tissue massage. The rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. This will be my favorite massage place! Thank you Jay!

I’ve been getting massages for a long time and I’m very picky, but Zen Massage Therapy blew me away. Their deep tissue work is incredible—they actually get into the muscle and provide real relief. Best in Bend, for sure.

I got a deep tissue massage here from Jay and it was amazing. I have a lot of built up tension and he was able to work so much out in just an hour. I’m looking forward to trying other services from here.
