Life is a bumpy journey and I’ve had more than a few spills and sprains along the way. As a result I gained familiarity with the aches and stiffness and pain in my neck and back that I assumed accompanied time and were simply part of my life. What Michael Hahn does is apply a lifetime of study and listening to find the points in your body that need gentle pressure to relieve pain and return mobility. Within the first half of a single session Michael had worked out the stiffness and pain in my neck and I was able to relax and feel relief that I didn’t think was possible - I had held the tension for so long that I had lost the expectation that it could be undone. The change is significant and enduring and I recommend his practice to anyone in need.
