Let me tell you what, going to ZEN was such a beautiful experience & I can’t shut up about it! From the moment I walked in, the space felt like a true escape from the overstimulation that comes with being a mother, wife, & business owner. The therapist & owner Patti, made it easy to feel comfortable right away. She took her time and truly made me feel held. She knew exactly what my body needed, using the perfect pressure throughout the session. We focused on my upper back & neck & afterward I felt lighter, had better posture, and an improved overall mood. Booking was easy, and her vibe was very welcoming & accommodating. I can’t wait to go back and will absolutely be recommending her to my family & friends.✨

Patti is wonderful!! I booked a prenatal massage with her due to extreme lower back/ sciatica pain. I was going on day 9 of no relief and I tried everything. The moment I got off the table I felt so much better. The next morning I was walking like a normal person and wasn’t in pain. Highly recommend her!! The store itself is so light and calm. She made sure I felt comfortable which I greatly appreciated. I will definitely be going back!!

Patti was so amazing! I got a greasy massage at a great price and it was so worth it. The atmosphere was so relaxing and Patti made sure I was comfortable the whole time since with as my first full body massage I was a little nervous. I would change the pressure or temperature and she would listen and immediately change anything to help make the experience better. Afterwards she gave you a cold water since you release toxins after a massage and I appreciate her thoughtful insight. Her space was light and very clean. I will definitely be back, it was amazing and now I fear I might come back to much!!
