ZEN BARBERS

I had been a customer at zen barbers for years. My barber recently moved on. So, I made an appointment and received a confirmation from zen barbers website. When I arrived for my appointment, the barber recognized me and confirmed my appointment. After waiting 20 min a customer walked in and the barber acknowledged his appointment. He then advised me he had to accept the customer that came in behind me because that customer booked on a private app and did not use the zen barbers website to book his appointment. He said someone else could cut my hair or it would be a long wait. This was unacceptable. Respect and customer service is important to me. I’ve lived in Dr Phillips for 32 years as of the date of this post. I’ve been to Quick Cuts, Great Clips and even V’s Barbershop in town. I drive to this location because it’s absolutely the best spot to find a Dominican or a Puerto Rican skilled barber without having to drive to Kissimmee. If you want the true Caribbean barber experience where the barbers talk and joke around with each other, you come here. Customers come here for a proper burst fade, drop fade, low fade, skin fade and taper fade. All barbers are skilled no matter who you end up with. But I always ask for Juan. Picture provided.

These barbers are there to laugh and tell each other stories, not work. I called and asked if they had space available to get a cut now and they said yes. As soon as I walked in a couple of min later you could tell they had people sitting there all the time and had lied. I sat for a few minutes and all they were doing was laugh and joke around. Waste of time.

In town for the week and randomly stopped in for a beard trim. My beard was months out of control. They took me as a walk-in and they did a fantastic job cleaning me up! I will be back every time I’m in town!

Super happy with a haircut and a shave I got from Jesus, he knows exactly what you need (I really get a haircut with someone other than my barber in Brooklyn) This was a VIP treatment from A to Z, even though I'm no regular. Knowledgable, positive, great communications skills and proper tools - recipe for a great haircut. 5 stars. You guys rock!!
