Outstanding experience! Excellent staff/customer service and terrific prices. Booked The Sampler, 45 min massage (Bernadette) and 45 min facial (Andrea) best I’ve ever had. Even more special I got to do it alongside my daughter. Don’t hesitate…book now.

I’m so glad I call the spa for an appointment, Stacie at the front desk was so accommodating to my needs of the time I wanted, as well as my husband. I had the “The Signature Package” which was a 2 hour time block. Sandra was my person for the full time, she was professional and very friendly. We shared verbal communication about how much we all need to take care of ourselves. I have massages monthly and have had top named Spas in Maine, but this was top notch and if I stay here again I would most definitely do this package again.

I recently did the Royal Palm Package and it was AMAZING. The spa was very clean and tidy with a nice cozy relaxation area and the staff were so sweet and professional. Bernadette and Andrea did my massage and facial respectively and both always looked to make sure the service was well tailored to my specific body / stress points. Overall very reasonably priced. Would highly recommend for anyone looking to unplug and for some self-care in the Orlando area!

So glad I found this spa on my trip to Orlando! They got me in on very short notice and the pricing on the packages is very competitive. My facial with Bernadette was next level - she was excellent!!! I also had a very relaxing massage with Sandra and she was also wonderful. Customer service was professional, helpful, and kind. I would definitely return!

Excellent service, treatments and prices. This week my husband and I went for the signature palm package. Andrea was very personable, giving me a soothing facial. While traveling something had irritated my skin. Gino provided an excellent massage, targeting certain areas with pressure, others with stretching. I first discovered the spa in old town about 12 years ago, popping in when I am on vacation. It is always a relaxing and positive experience :)
