Zdenka might be the most talented massage therapist I’ve ever had the pleasure to work with. She intuitively reads my bodies needs and is highly aware of the on-table experience from an anatomical and emotional processing perspective. Her work is so enjoyable, just the right amount of pressure, and she’s not afraid to go as deep and as powerful as necessary. Whenever I get treatments from her I feel so in sync with my body afterwards and fully adjusted into comfort, stability, really whatever the need is she can read it, find it and fix it. Even when the treatment goes lighter, it’s like she knows the exact channels and flows to completely remove the pain, the tension, and bring me to inner-peace and stillness. I love her work so much!

I highly recommend Zdenka! I went for facial and massage treatments during both prenatal and postpartum periods, and each session felt genuinely destressing in a way that’s so needed during such a tender time. She is a seasoned and deeply intuitive practitioner!

i’ve known Zdenka Sutton, a skilled body worker, wellness consultant and aesthetician for several years. Her massages have been a tremendous help, both mentally and physically, especially during my recent post-op recovery. A former professional model, I’ve found her to be beautiful both inside and out. she brings a positive energy to every session. She’s applied her extensive training in numerous environments from luxury spas to private practice and also teaches yoga and other wellness classes. i’m reviewing her now because she has recently expanded her practice to establish a presence within a cozy Los Angeles area Wellness Center. I had a truly wonderful massage and facial with Zdenka. Her hands are both strong and healing and it was exactly what I needed. She intuitively found all my tension spots and worked through them with care and confidence. She also gave me a facial that felt incredible. It relaxed me and seemed to tighten and uplift my entire face. I left feeling lighter, relaxed, grounded and ready to take on the world. I definately recommend her to anyone looking for a deeply relaxing and restorative experience!
