Customer Reviews
I had my first visit at Zaza and I didn’t know what to expect since I didn’t make an appointment. I needed to remove my acrylic gel set and just get the regular gel on my nails. They attended me so fast and my visit there felt warm and inviting. I loved that I didn’t have to look through a book for my gel color and I was able to pick it from their selection. Very professional and kind staff. My nail tech was An and I couldn’t recommend her enough, she’s amazing! Already anticipating my next visit back!
Do not come here if you have BIAB or builder gel on your nails. I usually love this place for pedicures, but my recent visit wasn’t great. I was in town visiting family and needed my nails done. I normally get BIAB infills (which they don’t do and that’s totally fine, I was happy to switch to gel). I specifically asked if they knew how to remove builder gel and they said yes… but they definitely didn’t. They clipped my nails *with the builder gel still on*, which made them crack and then cut them super short without even asking what length I wanted. It was honestly really disappointing because I was looking forward to the manicure here. Overall, it’s a good spot for a pedicure or basic gel but I wouldn’t recommend it if you already have gel or builder gel on your nails.
Great job as always! Clean and comfortable. Lam does a great job with my nails
Always the best mani & pedi……friendly, caring staff. Wonderful ambiance with fresh flowers and champagne…..no tv’s & no harsh chemical smells. Relaxing every visit
I’ve now been to Zaza about half a dozen times and felt it was officially reasonable to leave a review because of my consistent experiences. The verdict? Pedicures are fine but skip the mani. Without fail, every single time I have gone, I’m given an express manicure no matter what type of manicure I asked for. During my most recent visit (and others before it) my nail polish application was inconsistent, not always covering my nail (standard polish on medium length natural nails) and most recently with a bubble-filled topcoat. Before the polish at my most recent visit I received a new type of prep; rather than having my cuticles pushed back and trimmed, the top layer of my nail near my cuticles was scraped off like shredded coconut. Very literally induced me to cringing. I was also active
