Awful experience multiple times by getting cut and the threading being rough by the same worker. Today, the lady doing my brows was very rude to provide the basics of the service by doing her job to clean my eyebrows and argued at the fact that I asked her to simply do her job by cleaning my hairs properly but i always have to ask multiple times and guide. My eyebrows still are not done and i paid for this horrible service. I don’t have this issue with other workers at the Cherry Hill location, they do it correctly the first time and clean my eyebrows properly after. The worker today said it’s not her job to clean my eyebrows and face, when I’m only asking her to clean my eyebrows as part of the service when you put the aloe Vera on and make sure the threaded hairs are not present. I won’t

WORST service at the Moorestown location on 5/30/25 around 5pm. The girl who did my eyebrows was cold, unpleasant, CUT MY SKIN WITH SCISSORS, slapped on the aloe gel, and didn't even care to wipe. I really dont think that "disciplining" this employee has worked as mentioned in previous reviews. Definately not getting my eyebrows done here ever. Posting a picture to prove how badly this was done, and the day before a BIG event. Please find another way to work on the demeanor of this employee, this isn't even a service 🙏

Ruman did a great job with my brows! She was fast and effective with great customer service! Definitely coming back

I really hate to say this, I’ve been Coming to this location for a long time at first, there was an older woman, and she was amazing. They now have a younger woman that has a serious attitude problem. At first, I never had any complaints with my eyebrows, but then she made one thicker than the other and I am very very picky about my eyebrows. I went in and try to get it fixed. I got more attitude. She’s very rough and unprofessional and this forced me to go to another brow bar in maple shade I won’t say the name but please look it up! and I am happy I did they have lost a customer and I really hope they fix the Woman that everyone’s having an issue with.

I just got my eyebrows done here and had a great experience! The woman who helped me was very kind and friendly. I was a little nervous after reading some of the older reviews, but it seems that the previous staff is no longer here. Based on my visit today, I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
