This was my first sports massage. I had an amazing experience at SV Massage Therapy. She really took her time to get out all the knots and tension in my muscles. The pressure was firm but relaxing and I felt the difference right away….The environment was clean, peaceful and made it easy to unwind. I highly recommend SV Massage Therapy to anyone, especially if you are consistently in the gym or play sports.

Sharon was able to schedule me after a sports injury that really tightened my mid and lower back. Whatever she did worked. Not only did my back feel better but my entire body seemed loose and relaxed. She was professional, competent and pleasant. Will return.
