Called to set up an appointment for my son but was told “well we don’t really cut children’s hair” to which I replied that it was listed on their website. All I got was “sorry, have a great day”. Don’t list a service that you don’t actually provide.

Norman starting cutting my hair when I was in my 20’s. I am now in my late 50’s and hands down he is the best stylist I’ve ever had. No one even comes close to his haircuts. He is absolutely the best in the business.

New customer. Had a wet cut with Amanda. I gave her the benefit of the doubt since I’m a new customer and she doesn’t know my hair. The cut was pretty bad. She obviously is very inexperienced with short hair. And is not very attentive to what a customer asks.

Norman is a perfectionist when it comes to the hair. He really analyzes the growth and texture of the hair for a great haircut and style. He's a generous and kind man that gives back to helping his community. I highly recommend him. You will love him!!:)

Had an appointment today with Norman. My color and cut were fantastic as usual. One of the reasons I love this salon so much is how much they care about helping each other and also how they care about their clients. I had a terrible headache when I got there and Julie saw me take a couple Advil and asked if I was OK. She then took time out of her day (without any prompting from me) to spend extra time with me to shampoo and massage my head to help relieve my headache. As a mom of 5 kids, it meant the world to me to have someone care that much to go the extra mile. I was so thankful, felt so much better and my hair looked amazing. It turned my whole day around. I also like that they ask me to share feedback with them about the salon and the services I receive. They take time to listen and
