Rude…walked in to get my sons hair cut and the lady/stylist who was laying on the couch playing on her phone looked at us like we were from another planet…highly highly unprofessional…place stunk too

my biggest regret was trusting the reviews for this salon. i haven’t stopped crying since i left. i am 20 years old. i have long, beautiful, healthy thick hair, and i trusted my stylist to give me what i asked for. cut an inch off, add a bunch of layers (to take off weight), and add just a few whispy pieces and face framers. for starters, she shampooed my entire head roots to ends, which you should never ever do, especially as a “professional” stylist. she also put conditioner on my roots which is just wrong in every way. she not only didn’t do the long v shape i asked for, she cut off 3-4 inches off my head. why would you ever cut off more than a client asked for, especially before asking the client?? she was in such a rush to get to her next client that she didn’t even bother to style my

True story by my sister:If you want to get your hair ruined and then the owner say she will fix an attempt for balayage and instead just cover her employees mistake w a dark color instead of fixing the asked for balayage, then!! this is the perfect place to get ripped off at. Got charged 200 dlls and i went to make a change on my look but instead went home w just a similar color and burnt hair. I really believed the owner wanting to make things right instead she just said i can only cover up the clearly burnt hair and never balayage look just a few highlights that didnt even look well done. I clearly stated i didnt like it since i saw the look and reached out to salon owner. Clearly she was too busy to make things right for me and i had to settle for whatever she said can only be done. Rachel is the best! Walked in and she cut my hair and my son's just the way we described how we wanted. Goodbye barber shop, hello salon!

Rachel worked me in last minute for highlights and trim. Very nice and professional.
