Zahara Cici Hair Braiding -Riverdale IL

got a boho knotless size medium came at 9am i sat down immediately they started at 9:30 i was finished at 1 my braids are soooo cute. i was charged $320 and my braiders (2 people) were really nice to me. overall good vibes in the salon as well. over 12+ braiders & they were packed by 10am. i’m impressed they get people in and out quickly. i’ll be coming back!

So let start by saying I understand that waiting is normal. This day just seems extra long. I got there at 8:00 am and didn’t get service until 3:30pm. The first problem was that all their braiders came at different times. Which seems unprofessional to me no order . Once I got started it was fine but the lady that was doing the back of my head had to keep stopping to tend to her child which add more time to my service. I understand that you have to bring your child with you but the children there was just wild. The children were hitting customers and because they are children no one said anything. But back to my hair I didn’t leave until like 10pm . People that came after me left before me. My overall experience was unprofessional. There also was altercation with two of the braiders which

They have you waiting 3 hours for the workers to come. Apparently everybody don’t understand English. The man stand over you to get your money.

Loved my hair! But if a wait because there was a line at 8am other than that no issues

They charged me $350 just for the wrong style and also pulled my hair out and they were extremely rude when I told them they did the style wrong
