Madeline African Hair Braiding

Went to get box braids. I brought plenty of bundles of hair. It was supposed to take 8hrs, they finished in 3. I thought that was good until I realized that they finished so quickly because they sectioned in big parts for small braids. My hair looks so stringy, rather than the thick flowy look I was expecting. Then I was charged 250 dollars for it. Being a nonconfrontational person, I paid and left, but I'm still heartbroken at how it turned out. EDIT: After posting this review, I got a call from the owner who offered to restyle me free of charge. She also educated me on the differences between "box braids" and "knot-less braids", as well as explaining why each look the way they do and which braid type is best for my hair texture and thickness. Got there after bout 9:30 due to walking from 141st and Wabash. Hafay was waiting I showed her sorta what I wanted she laid it baby!!!! She laid my hair. She picked the colors just extremely satisfied. See her in three months

Unprofessional I had got my hair strand twist locs and it didn't last not even a month and I tried to get a retwist and she doesn't open until she feels like it and my locs didn't last.

This lady has taken the time to be patient with my tender headed birds nest and make it presentable and I keep going back because how is my hair growing like this!?!💕 love her!
