The first time I went I was suffering with sciatica. I was totally pain free after a 90 min massage with Linda. My second visit on Thursday was HORRIBLE! The masseuse had a terrible cold, sniffing snot the WHOLE time. The next day Friday I wake up with a scratchy throat, by Saturday I have a horrible cold! My Christmas is ruined, doctor’s appts have to be cancelled. That was the most unprofessional treatment I have ever had.

I’ve been coming to this massage shop for years and have even brought my entire family here weekly. I’ve always loved it — so much that I’ve given their gift certificates for birthdays. It’s helped me through some really hard times, and I’ve never had a bad experience… until last night. Last night was the worst experience I’ve ever had. My therapist showed up 20 minutes late for my 90-minute appointment, finished early, and spent the entire massage chatting with the receptionist while completing pausing in the massage. There was no pressure, no focus, and no relaxation — nothing like the quality I used to get here. Heartbreaking to say, but I’m not sure I’ll be back.

LETS START HERE: Dirty bedding on massage tables, we could clearly see the marks left behind from the previous person(s) before we laid down. We had a set appointment time and waited 15-20 minutes after that for the massage team to come in. They kept talking during the massage. One guy kept stopping the massage and walking out for long extended periods of time for no apparent reason, also leaving the door open so we could hear eveyone walking by and in the lobby area, mind you we are undressed on the tables as people walk by and I had to ask repeatedly to please close the door. The man has his mask off his face and kept coughing the entire time, his nose was leaking you could hear him constantly trying suck up the snot dripping from his nose, all while not covering up his moth or nose and

My cousin and I came here yesterday, they took us both in right away. When we were done, we both said, "that was the best massage we both ever had". I'm telling you right now, we will come at least once a month. We both do not plan on going anywhere else again. This place is the best!

I used to love this place, been going for over 7 years or however long they’ve been open. I have referred so many people there, the old owners knew how to take care of good customers, would get a free one hour massage for Christmas, since I would come at least 3 times a month. Now, they act like they don’t know me, and every single time I call to schedule a massage, they are all full. No worries, they won’t be getting my business anymore, as I’ve found someone who is cheaper, and always available.
