Yuki's Nails

DO NOT BOTHER!!!! I was visiting from GA, for business and an event. I went for a fill and pedicure, I get to my event and my toe nail was smudged as i put my shoe on (polish must've been old as it was atleast an hr to dry & they checked and told me they were). Tuesday a nail breaks, working Wednesday do Thursday. Wait an hr, tell them I'll come back. Friday another nail breaks on the other hand. I now have meetings with broken nails on both of my hands (mind you less than 1 week). I go back Saturday, they try to rush and take of the acrylic, pulling my own nail bed and get an attitude because I ask to soak them off. The young guy Henry has my nails crooked, different color polish, out of shape. Yuki is not there, I go talk to her husband Peter, he begins speaking Chinese, putting his

My daughter went there to get get nails done. It looks a mess, also she said the guy that did her nails was very rough. Left nail polish all on the side of nails. Didn't clean it up at all. Also the rudeness in this shop is at a alltime high. With this type of bad service. Trust me your days are numbered. You will get humble. Take your Black dollars somewhere else.. i don't care high nice some ppl think they are. There still gonna talk about you in there language and take your money!!!

Rude service from Yuki. She is creative with designs but price points are inconsistent for same services like she just comes up with price after your service. I once’s paid more for a refill with a natural color polish and no design than I did for my full set with designs. Not to mention she had disregard when I showed her a tiny spot I noticed under the acrylic she was doing. She told me it was nothing. I noticed the spot growing bigger and immediately took the nails off. It turned out to be nail fungus. She just doesn’t care. There is a young lady ther that does the best pedicures and that is the only reason I gave Yuki Nails 1 star.

First off I walked in there the guy was very rude…the girl put the tips on very cricket as you can see in the photos…I asked her multiple times to fix it I will give it to her she tried my thumb was not the same length the guy kept questioning my cousin about why she couldn’t pay now as she was getting her nails done being very rude I payed exactly 49.98 almost 50 just to get my nails done bad I am going back there tomorrow to get those 3 re did

For me my experience was great at first, but they only like certain customers, I say that because they will unseat you for their regular favorite people. The wife put on dollar tree nails and when I complained she told her husband to take over and he would not remove them. I had to go somewhere else to get my nails done. No more will , I waste anybody's money there. Very disrespectful attitude towards patron. People cy tell what you say by facial expressions.
