I’ve been seeing Leah for my curls for years and have followed her twice now to each of her new locations! Her new building is beautiful, cozy and very warm and welcoming! She always gives a great haircut, she’s so passionate about curls, and just gets it as a curly girl herself! I drive 45min just to see her and it’s worth it!!

I can’t recommend The Curly Hair Loft enough! A curl-specific cut and Leah’s guidance totally revolutionized how I care for my hair and how my curls look. Leah’s new studio is clean and cute, and has its own stoplight and parking lot, which is super convenient. She is incredibly knowledgeable about curly hair and is happy to share techniques, product recommendations, etc. Leah goes above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable and relaxed throughout the whole experience. If you’re in the New Haven area (or even if you’re not), definitely choose the Curly Hair Loft for all your curly hair needs!!

Leah is hands down the best curly hair stylist around! Her studio is also beautiful, always clean and so welcoming! Leah really listens to what her clients want and never cuts my hair too short, which is really important to me! I don't get my hair colored, but my mom does with Leah and it's the best she's ever had. With Leah's help my hair and my mom's is the healthiest it's ever been. I recommend anyone with curly or wavy hair get their cut here a million times over!
