Yu Head SPA & Wellness Center

I’ve been to Yu Head SPA & Wellness Center twice and absolutely loved the experience. The atmosphere is peaceful, the steam treatment is deeply relaxing, and the staff are friendly and professional. They always check my scalp first and explain my scalp condition and how to properly care for my hair. I really appreciate their high hygiene standards—they disinfect the combs and tools. After blow-drying, they apply hair oil and hair essence, and the hair essence moisturizes my scalp with a cooling effect that I really enjoy. They also offer private rooms for one or two people, which feels very comfortable and secure. Special thanks to Chloe for her wonderful care and professionalism. Really love the atmosphere here, it’s very relaxing and I fell asleep during the scalp bath. I received a 20% discount as a first time customer, which made the experience very worth it. My specialist Lynn, did a great job and provided very nice service. They also offer a scalp analysis, which was a very interesting experience. Highly recommended!

This was my first time trying a service like this after seeing it all over social media, and it did not disappoint! I booked a couples session with my partner through Groupon. When you arrive, you might think you’re in the wrong place since it looks like a regular office building, but just go through the double glass doors and head up to the 3rd floor. The spa space itself is beautiful and very clean. The beds and headrests were super comfortable, and the specialists did an amazing job. They thoroughly scrub your scalp to remove oils and product buildup while also giving a relaxing head and neck massage. They use a steam mask over your eyes, so you can’t really see what’s happening—just relax and enjoy. My only suggestion would be to dim the overhead lights more; even with the mask, it was

The people and atmosphere were nice, but this was my first head spa experience and unfortunately my boyfriend and I left a little disappointed. It felt more like a scalp cleaning than an actual head massage. I didn’t feel them massage my scalp at all—I initially thought it was because my hair is thick, but my boyfriend said he barely felt any scalp massage either. That was the main reason we booked the service. The before-and-after scalp pictures they took didn’t show any noticeable difference. If you’re looking for a scalp massage with real pressure, this isn’t the place. We honestly wish we could get some of our money back, as the experience didn’t match what we were expecting.

Oh. My. Goodness. This was amazing! I should have done this much sooner. The staff is very professional and polite. They do a scalp analysis before and after. They give you ideas on how to better your scalp & hair. The treatment and massage are incredible. Don’t give it a second though and just book it!
