I have been going to see Kim at Nurture Bodyworks for a few months. Kim has helped me alleviate 90-95% of my low back pain! I could feel a difference after the first session. I have faithfully gone for Chiropractic care the last 16 years, and although helpful, it has not helped as much as what Kim has taught me. Between educating me about stretches that were not beneficial for me, posture correction education, breathing technique, massage, and at home exercises I feel like a new woman.
