Absolutely terrible place and completely deserves the low rating. Have been passing by for a long time and thought I would give it a shot. Below average massage with someone who can't even speak a word in English. Kept trying unsuccessfully to communicate with them on pain areas to avoid. Then finally ended abruptly 10 minutes before even though a full hour was agreed upon. No manager to complain too. Currently fighting to get back a refund.

Massage was okay they never asked about pressure just assumed light. The therapist got up 4 times no explanation then was talking to other staff before she came back. She reentered the room with an apology but my relaxation was already interrupted by then. They do not encourage the guests to be quiet as a courtesy to the other customers. Massage was an hour but with all the interruptions I’m sure I lost about 10 minutes and you can’t possibly regain a flow or connection with your client after that many leaves out the room.

Do not come here. Bad business practices. They’ll delete this since I never received services because they wanted payment first. Never in my 15 year history of going to reflexology places have I ever been forced to pay first. PLUS THEY DON’T EVEN OFFER FOOT MASSAGES. Change your sign!!! Lord!

Meh. Skip this place, mediocre at best. Waste of time and money

Massage felt like deep tissue massage. Not bad, but that’s not want I wanted. Hot towel was the most relaxing. You can not get a massage for longer than 30 minutes. I can tell it’s under new management. The lady was nice but there was extreme language barrier. At the end she ask me how much she should charge my card. 30 minute massage is $50 so why would you charge me $68. Well because they add the tip they want. I wasn’t bothered just a little confused. They still advertise like the old company. I have to find another place.
