I usually don't like writing negative reviews- stylist: Darlene H Going to edit this review from my first visit. My first visit was positive!! she listened it was an amazing visit.. She has thirty years of experience and she is very compassionate. My 2nd visit not so much. It was a scheduled visit. I shared several photos of what I wanted when I arrived to the shop, to show her the length; We consulted. I told her I wanted an "even short bob"; in fact, I made sure she understood and we agreed on it!!.. Because this was going to be a drastic change for me. I specifically told her not to touch my bangs; They were already short. She made a comment that I didn't have much bangs to begin with. Exceptional service from Ms. Melody. I have gone to Melody for my waxing needs for the past 4 years or so. Now, Melody has her own business and the place is excellent - centrally located in Coppell, very new studio that's super clean and convenient. Melody is the best Cerologist. Go see her 👍🏽👍🏽

After coming to the realization that my ends had to go, I decided to book an appointment with Angie Melander after seeing the incredible transformation she did on my mother with her cut and color. Going in, I was planning on doing the typical trim and stick to my normal color, but Angie had something else up here sleeve - and killed it. Not only did she completely blow me away with my fall balayage, taking my color in a completely new direction, but also gave me the first short hair cut that I have ever loved! I would 100% recommend going to her if she is available and seeing what ideas she has to give you a fresh look!

I had a hair cut from Mia this week and I cannot believe that I just got the best hair cut ever in 10 years. I am a black man and I have never gotten hair cut from a woman before but Mia blew my mind by her level of expertise, skills, professionalism, excellence, customer service, and cleanliness. The neck massage at the end almost made me sleep off. She is a phenomenal barber and a great massage therapist with relaxing touch. The entire atmosphere was cozy and blissful and I can’t wait to be back to see Mia. I have gotten many compliments from people this week about my hair cut and everyone is wondering who is barber. You can never go wrong with Mia. Go and see her and thank me later. Thank you Mia. You are the best! Hands down!
