I would rate this store a -10 because of two employees. My wife went to purchase some hair products from Youngs Beauty Supply, the staff (Mother & son) offered little to no help. When she asked them to show her some hair products the employees made some very rude & unnecessary comments to her because she touched one of wigs on display. I'm not sure how they stay in business with employees that obviously do care about the customers that pay their salary. These two employees need to find another line of work ..... one that does not envolve customer service. We called & left messages for the owner but where unsuccessful.

The prices were right, but I guess that’s to make up for the staff. I had a grown man say some BS under his breath as he walked past my friends and me and instead of being neutral to CUSTOMERS, the guy behind the counter with the dainty jewelry in his hair had SO MUCH to say to me for speaking up rather than saying something to the grown ass man as well or just being neutral. You guys are catering to women and want women's money, but you don't even respect women because you guys are too worried about men and making them feel good. This grown man that had gold jewelry in his hairthen decided that he wanted to keep yapping rather than ring our items up because men like him don't like to fight and argue with men they like to fight and argue with women. These are some extraordinary business women who are very knowledgeable of the business and product. I came in to get hair for my kinky twist. Prices ares decent every young lady that I came in contact was very polite. From the beautiful young lady at the register who helped me pick out a good color for hair for my skin tone to the two ladies in the back who can assist you with styles of wigs. Their return policy is noted on the receipt and for good reason. These ladies are awesome and I am looking forward to giving them more of my money!!!
