Excellent customer service, very knowledgeable of the locs process and haircare in general, and She was not afraid to say she wasn’t as knowledgeable about something but I loved that she was willing to learn and be further educated. Very humble young lady with talented hands that have been blessed from Abba, Father above to touch our delicate crown. Her shop is clean, relaxing, and inviting. Absolutely LOVED my experience! 😍 She washed my hair, was super gentle, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. The vibe was great and she really took her time with my loc retwist. My parts are CLEAN, my locs are neat, and everything came out so fresh 🔥✨ Definitely one of the best retwists I’ve had. 10/10 recommend .. I’ll for sure be booking again!

Got my hair done very last minute by miss ma’am due to being in desperate need of a retwist and being offered a discount for first time clients. She of course did great work. Was very accommodating and pleasurable to work with, which was made even better by how fast her hands work and how hygienic the place is. If you want to wait for 30 minutes to be seen alongside 5 other ladies, then take 8 hours to get a retwist and style while your loctician is eating between locs or on the phone or gossiping, then this is not the place for you and I could recommend several other locations. If you want to be in a clean, calm environment where your loctician is efficient, actually knowledgeable about haircare rather than just styling, sells her own products that she knows works rather than having you

Loc of Spade did an amazing job on my dreads. The quality of her work is top-tier, and her communication throughout the entire process was excellent. She was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied. The service was outstanding, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for great loc work.
