Kim is the absolute sweetest, respectful, and easy to talk to! She does amazing work and is the ONLY nail lady who doesn't cut me with the nail file!! She is always on time and flexible with my schedule! Honestly can't fathom these negative reviews I'm seeing.. She is beyond amazing :)
