I went here to get long layers and my ends trimed. I had asked the lady to keep my length and doing so she had chopped off all my hair thined my ends and gave me such boxy chopped layers. The first photo with the white shirt is of my hair now and the other three is of my hair before she cut it i literally do not want to show my face the hair cut is so short and ugly

I'm so upset! My hair is orange! It's fried and looks riduculous! I've been going here for years!

2nd time I’ve gotten blowout from here with fabulous results. First time Hannah blew out my hair and today Yoyo did the wash and blowout. They take their time, using one hair dryer at a time. I have very thin and fine hair so my scalp burns easily- I did not experience this at all here. Their technique with the round brushes leaves me with the most beautiful blowout that actually lasts!!!

The service and prices are great! The people are kind and considerate. I love the extra long scalp massage they give when washing your hair. I have never gotten a bad haircut or blow out, I have not tried color as of yet. Stay tuned! Lol.

Horrible experience. Made an appointment for 4 oclock today which meant nothing. When my daughter said what type of curls she wanted. Anthony basically did the fastest curls. He could. Looked terribly sloppy. When I told him. He mumbled something and getting spraying hairspray. At this point it looked like a frizzy mess. I expressed both me and my daughters displeassure with the job on deaf ears! Will never go there again...btw. My daughter came hone and fixed her own hair!
