Mitchell is the quintessential hair cutter and stylist. We have followed him for the past 4 decades from Brooklyn to his current Staten Island salon. We drive almost 40 miles because he is that great. He knows exactly what will work and what makes you look best. Highly recommended - We cannot imagine anyone else touching or cutting our hair!

Rossi Salon, and in particular - Mitchell - is family in more ways than one. He will make you feel like family with entertaining conversation and incredible hospitality. I got my first haircut at the 86th street location back in June 1991. It was a haircut for my high school graduation ceremony. I was 18 years old and when I arrived at Rossi Salon, Mitchell told me that the haircut was already paid for by my father in advance. I received the best haircut of any I had previously and have continued to get every haircut from that June day in 1991 at Rossi salon. In less than a month it will be 31 years and counting. I travel from Belle Harbor Queens to get my haircut. The trip has more than doubled in miles since the move to Staten Island but the trip is more than worth it because I know the high quality service I am going to receive every time I get a haircut.
