I’ve been a loyal customer of Yoga Foot Spa for years and have given this business a significant amount of repeat business, which makes today’s experience especially disappointing. I booked a 75-minute full body massage, and the masseuse did not massage my legs or arms at all. When I flagged this issue at the front desk afterward, they barely attempted to remedy the situation and offered $10 off a service that was fundamentally incomplete. I was then asked, “What’s the desired outcome?” which felt dismissive and borderline sarcastic. Out of respect for the quiet environment and other guests, I didn’t escalate things in person. Instead, I called afterward to calmly explain my concerns, my disappointment, and how poorly the situation was handled especially given that I’ve been a long-time

I have been a customer at this place for several years. Unfortunately, something has changed here with mgmt. Couple of my favorite therapists are no longer there either. My recent massage was ok except the therapist forgot to use hot stones on my back. My whole experience was very distracting due to excessive noise! I could hear staff talking loudly, dragging buckets, slamming doors & dropping things which made me unable to relax, infact I felt more on edge once I left. I am not sure if I will be coming back nor I would refer anyone here!

I’ve been coming here for years, but the last few visits have been really disappointing. I always ask for medium pressure, but lately the massages have been extremely painful — not in a “working out a knot” kind of way, but just rough, rushed, and uncomfortable. I’ve left feeling sore and tense, not relaxed. Even had headaches the next day from how intense the pressure was. You can hear the masseuse straining with how much force they’re using — it’s just too much. There also seems to be a breakdown in communication. At the front desk, they ask about your preferences (focus areas, hot stones, head massage, etc.), but it never seems to get passed on to the therapist. I had my third massage session today. The first two were with Jessie, and they were good. Today I was assigned to Lilia. Honestly, I would rate this visit 2 out of 5. The massage felt very lazy, almost like just being gently rubbed. I repeatedly asked her to apply more pressure, but nothing changed. It also seemed like she was eager to go home since my appointment was right before closing. They forgot to do the hot stone treatment. She didn’t massage the front of my body at all, and my heels were completely ignored. The only part I can thank her for is that she did my shoulders quite well. Overall, I left disappointed. I booked a 60 min foot & 30 min body but somehow ended up with a 90 min oil massage which was good, but not what I was looking for at the time. The hot stones were nice. Next time I will try for the foot reflexology only. The highlighted services are the only ones that come with a foot soak.
