Came here a few times to get my hair done. In February 2025 I went in for a wash, blow dry & flat iron. Usually one of the two sisters running the salon does my hair. This particular time a different woman did my hair. She was very nice. I did notice that she continue to heavily spray a heat protectant (?) in my heart before flat ironing each section which was causing a lot of smoke. After leaving the salons I noticed the ends of my hair were fried and became difficult to comb. I didn’t think anything of it as I needed a trim and had color treated hair. When it came time to wash my hair, not only did it not revert to curls but it was also matted, breaking in chunks and had a horrible chemical smell. All the conditioner and protein treatments in the world couldn’t save it. That strange chem

I used to go here back in 2005 when Yolanda was running the place. This place has always been busy. However the service was fast and the people were nice. I went recently under the twins management and it was horrible. I waited hours just to be taken care of. They were really rude. 5 hours for a wash and set including the wait time to be seen. The sign in sheet was pointless. I brought in my own deep conditioner and yet I was still charged for that service. When I asked why they replied “ the use of the electricity for the dryer”. Never again will I be back.

Very unsatisfied with the business here . I came into the shop to get regular flat twist and curls for my toddler . I asked the owners sister if she can do it and she said yes . Owners usually let the customer know the fee or a customer ask . I didn’t ask because other shops who didn’t have the stylist available said $45 but I would had to come the next day and I couldnt due to my child graduation the next day . At the end of the service the owner said $87 my mouth dropped . I get my daugther hair done all the time never spent $87 for flat twist and straight in the back. I will never recommend anyone to come here .. why would anyone think when they are done doing there toddler hair they will pay $87. She didn’t get no wash and full blowout . Friendly service. I’ve been coming to the salon for years. The ladies are kind and understanding. Easy to speak to them and they listen to your requests. I haven’t straightened my hair in a few years but was able to maintain a blowout and press for multiple weeks. Very good technique. I have thick, sort of coarse but manageable hair.

I would give it a 2 if I am being honest , This is coming from my experience she washed my hair and the sink smelled so bad but I didint mind, Afterwards she keep cutting my hair meanwhile on her cellphone, I didint mind as much till she started walking away and talking, I entered at around 2:50-3:00pm and walked out at 4:40-5, I was Genuinely happy to get layers since it was my first time ever cutting the top in 9 months. All I asked for was a taper and layers/on top , Couldn’t even do it properly left my hair uneven and my taper look horrible, Ntm she didint even apply no styling cream, I have curly hair , All that for 40$ is not worth it it’s not BAD but I just wouldn't come back and they stereotype^^
