Teisha is amazing. Her classes make you feel like you're in another world!! Very calm and relaxing. I would highly recommend her for all your yoga needs.

Love how personal and comfortable Teisha can make you feel. Her ability to "read the room" to meet the needs of her guests is impeccable. Her belief that yoga looks different for everyone and advising guests to work at their own pace makes it a refreshing experience.

Yoga with Teisha is amazing! I started going to Teisha a few years ago, I don’t know how I ever went without this in my life. As someone with a lot of stress, I walk out of her classes with a clear mind and renewed energy! If you have the opportunity to go to a class with the gong you will be amazed how good you feel afterwards! Yoga by Teisha is such a great vibe I recommend it to everyone!

Teisha is the best yoga teacher I have ever been to. It is relaxing and you don't over exert your self. All the while still getting exercise and exercising mind, body, and spirit. Yoga with Teisha a judgment free and welcoming environment it is great for all, beginners or advanced that want a spiritual and traditional practice. She teaches the original Eastern style practice. Teisha is an amazing healer and is really good with knowing where to go to. She is able to find the root of where you are holding any pain, tension, or emotion and is able to release it. You will leave feeling lighter than air. She is very experienced and incredibly knowledgeable. It is hard to find people as gifted as her in this world.

Teisha is an amazingly insightful and inclusive teacher! Definitely a one-of-a-kind gem! She helped me reach new depths in my practice, simply by slowing down and by embracing what feels good and right for me rather than confirming to ideals.
