Absolutely AMAZING massage with Anna Grace. I have had deep, stressful knots in my shoulder, neck and glute muscles. Anna Grace has incredible hands and works to get to the root of the problem...in an amazing fashion that allows your muscles to warm up and relax, thereby allowing them to breakdown and loosen up. I also tried Cupping & Gua Sha for the first time and I AM A FAN! Truly have never had such a wonderful massage experience and such healing from it. Already have my next appointment made.
