I had an appointment with MAYI when I got to my appointment. AT 11:30, she was with another client for an extra 40 minutes. She see that i was there waiting, never approached me to let me know about the customer she Was with at 12:10 i got up and leave i was a good client there spend a good amount of money and as well my daughter I TIP her very well in all of the services i got from her in the past customers wait long periods of time or not even with appointment and always talking and gospel about everyone's around her surroundings.... as well when the owner KATY is not there they will over price the clients just be aware they change the business name from KATY TO YESS NAIL CENTER.

very unprofessional also, have you waiting for a long time? I also got an infection on my big toe on the right hand side and I called kathy and see what she wants to do about the situation and no response keeps ignoring my phone calls and they always talking about peopleplaying gospel music thinking I don’t know what they’re talking about also unsanitary I wanna eat in the back and don’t wash their hands. I will never go back there again.

I made an appointment here for 2pm, then received a call asking if I could take a 2:30 appointment instead, I agreed. When I got there on time for my 2:30pm, the woman who was supposed to take me had a client in chair for an additional 40 minutes. Following that client, she took a woman who had rushed in on last notice with a broken nail and her child, she didn’t ask me or notify me. In total I waited an hour to be serviced and got no service. Waste of my time, very obvious they cater to their own community. Take your dollars where they will be valued. There are plenty of other establishments in the neighborhood. Limited seating and space, cramped establishment, no one wore masks.
