I strongly warn everyone: do NOT ever step into this salon unless you want to completely destroy your hair and waste your money. From the very beginning, the service was awful. The girl who washed my hair soaked my clothes with water during the shampoo, and I tried to be understanding, thinking maybe she was just inexperienced. But this was just the start of their clear lack of professionalism and basic skills. Their attitude was absolutely disgusting. I came in with healthy, beautiful hair — my hair always looks good even when I cut it short. This is not the first time I've been to the salon and I've been satisfied with her work. I don't know what happened this time, if the girl learned from me, but I didn't like what she did to my hair at all. I asked for a bob and this is what she did. It's a complete disaster. I absolutely don't think I'll go back.

Margarita did a fantastic job with my hair coloring. I love the consistency and the services offered at the salon. Management is very professional.

Margarita took care of me and did a wonderful job with the layered cut and the blow out she gave me. Well done. A bit expensive for the cut and the blowout but it was worth it. Her and the manager were very nice and friendly and gave me great advice on how to take better care of my hair. Both very friendly and pleasant. Will return soon God willing.

They definitely take advantage of people and for this reason I won’t ever be going back. $70 for a wash and set? It’s ridiculous. You can go to any other Dominican hair salon in the Bergenfield area and pay $40 for a very good wash and set.
