If I could give no stars I would. After my initial Google review, I called the owner, who offered to reinstall my hair. I declined, as my first visit was extremely stressful and disappointing. My hair was left in three different shades of black, and the extensions were poorly installed. The hair quality is HORRIBLE!!! And I wish I was exaggerating! Even the stylist struggled untangling the hair to sew it in, which the owner claims I’m the first person to complain about. I arrived for my appointment at 3 PM and didn’t leave until 10:30 PM, as clients who came after me were prioritized before me. My first time in this salon and the experience there was amazing. Patricia did a wonderful job with my hair. Martha did my nails and she was careful with everything. I definitely will come back.

Julia is the best! She’s fast and my hair comes out perfect each time. The salon is the best atmosphere and definitely caters to all needs hair, wax, and nails / pedis. 10/10 !!

Honestly my experience here was horrible. I spent over 1k and my hair looks like it should have been like 50. I came here because of a viral tik tok excited to get my hair done here for my birthday it was honestly put a damper in my celebration because of how poor the quality the hair is especially because it’s suppose to be luxurious hair that I paid 480 for two bundles because they refused to reuse the hair I had. The women washing my hair was extremely rough and I feel like they were also racist this is not a black woman friendly environment I heard them speaking in their language and I heard them reference me as “morena”. I will never come back here especially when the price I paid for such poor quality and on top of it it was for my birthday and they couldn’t even accommodate me

Had my makeup and hair done here for my sweet 16! Ashly had done my makeup while Carla had styled my hair. I’m very picky when it comes to makeup and hair so the fact that they had made adjustments to the things I didn’t like as much and fixed it AND on top of that did it perfectly was amazing. Afterwards they made me feel so confident about myself and made me see myself in a way I have never seen before. I truly felt beautiful and confident for once in my life. All the people who work there in general are very nice and I can tell they have a good heart and enjoy their job. Thank you so much for making my experience magical.
