Asked for 20% tips but the work was not good …. The store management should train their stuff do not ask for 20 % tips if the customer didn't tip 20%...There's so many review complaints about stuff asked for extra tip they alway response "I tried to meet all your tremendous demands" but why the tip issue never change. First and last !! A simple Mani and pedi cost me $71 dollars it was a 15 minute service and I had to ask for my cuticles to be cut!! They charged me $10 more for using a certain polish which they directed me too and then didn’t tell me until the end. Charged me to soak off my polish for another $10 which they just buzzed off. These prices are really getting out of hand and the service isn’t even good.

If I could give them 0 stars I would I went and got an EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE gel mani not only do these women bully you into tipping 20% which I don't mind tipping generously on a job well done but the NEXT DAY 3 of my nails polish completely pealed off. The next day 2 more. When calling to get a refund because I'm on a trip and got my nails done in the City before my trip they told me they couldn't refund me and I can re do my nails there. Not acknowledging that it's ridiculous that the next day they all came off and telling me it didn't matter if I got my nails re done here on my trip they wouldn't do anything about it. They said they'd call me back and never did and say their manager can't help me and they don't care what I do. Awful spot.

I really hope this salon takes classes to improve their techniques. I recently visited this nail salon with high hopes, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The quality of the nail work was disappointing. The shape of my nails was inconsistent and poorly executed, leaving them looking warped. The base nails were applied at an angle, resulting in a terrible and uneven appearance. The thickness varied from nail to nail, creating an unbalanced and unprofessional look. To make matters worse, there were visible bubbles in the polish, which gave my nails a bumpy texture. I don't know why there are so many malicious and fake reviews these days. I have been going to this nail salon for more than ten years. The staff here are very professional and have a good service attitude. The place is clean and tidy. I highly recommend it.
