I had the best facial ever with Daphné, she’s amazing! You can tell that she’s experienced and she knows what she’s doing! I definitely recommend her, she’s sweet, smiling, the service was excellent! I’ll come back for sure!! My skin is so glowy and is healthier than ever!! Shout out to Anita as well, really nice and welcoming!!

Today was my sixth time back with Martyna. Just steps away from the heart of the city, you find this beautiful and serene space. When I walk in, I am always greeted by a warm welcome. The treatment rooms are very clean which is important to me when looking for a treatment spa. The second most important thing to me is when a place uses quality products on my face. So when I saw the walls lined with Biologique, I knew we were off to a great start. The staff is super knowledgeable when it comes to catering to your skins needs & so I keep coming back for more.

I’ve been coming to Aida bacai spa for over a year, everyone is amazing especially the women at the front desk Anita and Alexandria. They are so nice and accommodating. If you want the best pedicure, I highly recommend Juan. In regards to aestheticians, I’ve tried Martyna and Daphne and they’re both very very and they always make my skin glow. I highly recommend all of the aestheticians here.

Wonderful spa with amazing staff and services. This is the best facial I have experienced in NYC. The staff provide a truly individualized approach and the products are fantastic with real results. My mom and I always look forward to coming here - it is not only self indulgence but excellent care for the skin!

Beautiful salon that uses exceptional products for your face and body. They really excel in their knowledge of skincare and the facials are phenomenal. Dovile was wonderful and I highly recommend her.
