Yan Nail

DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT COME HERE DO NOT COME HERE! YOUVE BEEN WARNED THREE TIMES! I am a LOW MAINTENANCE person. I don’t get gems. I don’t get designs. I get pink acrylic and white French tips. SIMPLE! Easy peasy! the first time I came here the worker did a horrible job and I went on about my day thinking she was a newbie and I’ll try with the older artist that sits at the front. SHE WAS WORSE!!!! Holy moly! I asked for pink acrylic she rudely told me “that’s all we have” I said ok. Then she asked me FOUR TIMES to get gel polish trying to push the more expensive polish on me even tho I said no thank you FOUR TIMES. She kept talking in her language and sucking her teeth every time I said no. Then as I had my back turned washing my hands SHE TOOK ALL MY BELONGINGS AND MOVED THEM TO THE NEXT

I walked in a hot mess and Rachel completely transformed my nails. I don’t know about the other nail techs but Rachel was nice and professional. I had a color pallet in mind and she nailed it.

The guy gave me good service when he did my toes, but it was this lady that did my nails and I was so upset. She has short hair she sits in the front and she has glasses! She told me one price and when she finished my nails, she added another $50 to it and then acted Clueless After she told me it completely different price! I didn’t even get designs on my nails and they were not that long! I’ve seen other people go in while I was getting my nails done and they don’t have happy customers! The lady that was doing my hands, she kept twisting hands. She kept yelling at me to stay still even though I wasn't Moving, They are super money, hungry, and that’s cool Be about your money, but don’t lie to people and wait till you do the service to trap them to have to pay Prices that they did not ag

For $40 I expect my manicure to last longer than 2 days before all the edges start chipping. And what’s the rush when no one is waiting? And why aren’t we fixing mistakes as we go along? Lots of room for improvement.

Uses expired/old products. Uses illegal cheese grater on feet and does not know how to do designs of ANY kind.
