Yama Yoga is truly such a special space. Every instructor I’ve encountered there has been excellent. I recently attended Jennifer’s beginner yoga class and it was such a grounding experience. She is gentle, kindhearted, and the spirit and flow of her class felt incredibly calming and welcoming. I had a great time and will definitely be returning.

I loved the flow of the movements from one pose to the next... The teacher was so amazing....Explaining the poses for beginners to intermediates to pros.... and teaching about the mind & body connection and the benefits..... She also instructed the form of breathing to use.... thank you 😊 so much offering th stretch class..... 💖 It was just what I needed .....

Yama yoga is an amazing place filled with positive energy. It is a place for all aspects of self care. I completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training here in July ‘20 and it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend exploring teacher training here if you’ve ever considered completing your RYT. Summer is the most caring, knowledgeable teacher. She is very good at what she does. There’s a large variety of classes and workshops offered, all of which are fantastic. They also offer a large variety of services. I’ve enjoyed the infrared sauna, and regular massages with Liz, she is great! I also highly recommend euphoria chiropractic care, Dr Jackie is awesome. Yama Yoga is an oasis nestled in a very unlikely place! I was afraid when I moved back out this way from Dallas that it would be hard to find a like-minded community. Well, I found it! I am currently enrolled in the 200hr teacher training and absolutely love it. It is worth the investment and I feel I have gained so much confidence in myself already. Summer is patient, non-judgemental, and always willing to help or assist you. She is a great teacher and I feel honored to work with her. Hailey is always a ray of light and radiating positive energy at the front desk.
