Nina was amazing. She took the time listened to me and helped me to relax and the massage was amazing I wish I could give her more stars.

I received a gift card for a deep tissue massage at this practice and I scheduled a visit for the first time with Nina a few days ago. She was one of the most professional, and best massage therapy providers I've been to yet. The studio was clean and welcoming. I never felt uncomfortable at any point during my appointment. Nina asked me lots of questions to get a grasp of how to target my pain, and I was very impressed with her work. Not only will I recommend her to my friends and family, but I'll definitely be coming back myself!

From the moment you walk in the atmosphere is so peaceful and beautiful. Nina spent quite a bit of time listening to my aches and pains along with history and knew exactly where to target. The massage was amazing and the next day I felt better than I have in years. Already booked for my next appointment!

I had a 60 minute deep tissue massage just after Christmas with Nina. I was able to sleep that night without pain in my shoulder for the 1st time in weeks. This is a huge blessing. The amount pressure was perfectly therapeutic. I'm going back again, hopefully I can get in this week to follow-up and keep the progress going for full movement in my shoulder too.

Nina was very professional and thorough with my massage. There was great pressure and time spent on the areas I have had hurting on my back. I have had other massages but this one felt very personalized. Glad I found them!
