I came here because my friend recommended the place. I did not get to do my hair with her stylist but they suggested a man I believe his name was Juan Carlos. I had dyed my hair black and wanted to take the black color off and do a balayage. Well, he only bleached out half the black and left the Top half of my hair black. I had black patches all over my hair and when I complained about it, the manager didn't even offer to fix free of charge. The stylist also applied a toner which he didn't even leave on for more than 10 mins. THE OWNER SAW THIS AND TOLD HIM IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN LEFT LONGER AND HE DIDNT EVEN REAPPLY. I was the Old client of the previous owner. I came back to hair salon to a new onwer but someone that was working at the salon before and now owner. Arlene (owner) did my hair 3 times, when I decided I wanted my daughter (age 8-11) have her tips cut and blow dried. My daughter has curly hair to her waist and we were excited to take her on a beauty day right before her Christmas show (not first time visit,so she knows what to expect) We got there and the first thing she mentioned is how long her hair was and that cutting the tips was to small of a haircut, we request 2 inches off in which this did not appear to make her happy.
