Elevate Your Wellness is truly my favorite wellness experience I’ve ever had. The owner, Nikki, is one of the kindest and most intelligent women I’ve met, and you can genuinely feel her passion in everything she does. I’ve been dealing with high levels of mold exposure and a lot of related health issues, and trying the halo therapy infrared sauna for my eczema, inflammation, and overall healing was absolutely amazing. I also had a massage with Edgar, and it was hands down the best massage I’ve ever had. From the moment you walk in, you feel so welcomed and at home. Had an amazing wood therapy session with Nikki! It was my first time and Nikki did a great job explaining the process. She is warm and welcoming and her spa is well appointed with lots of treatment options. I’ll be back to try the seaweed wrap, cryotherapy and infrared saunas. I’m going out tonight and my waist is snatched!!

I had an amazing experience at Elevate Your Elements Wellness! I tried the infrared sauna and also got wood therapy, and both were incredible. With the wood therapy, I actually saw immediate results, which was so exciting. She was extremely nice, very polite, and you can tell she really knows what she’s doing. The whole place was spotless and had such a relaxing, welcoming vibe. I left feeling refreshed, taken care of, and so glad I went. Highly recommend!
