Fantastic pedicure! She was very careful and listened to all of my requests. Lovely clean shop and I really enjoyed chatting with the owner and the other local customer who came in! Call ahead to book your appointment because she is busy!

My mom had a very awful experience here in mid-July 2020. I felt that it was important to leave a review for public awareness. She has had gel manicures for years and never had any issues. While visiting family in Palmer, she went to get a gel manicure at Ya Ya Nails from the owner. She called ahead and made an appointment, especially since it’s COVID and she wanted to ensure it was open and available. On the phone she confirmed that the owner knew how to do gel. She wasn’t told on the phone or on the website that it was cash only, but the owner said she could bring cash later. My mom did come back and pay her AND left a tip out of habit, but I’m not sure that I would have done so based on the experience. Absolutely wonderful experience. I got a French manicure for my engagement photoshoot, and she took more time and paid extra attention to ensure that my nails looked flawless. Pleasant conversation and lovely atmosphere. I am definitely coming back for my wedding day nails!

I came for a 10 am appt but she never showed up. I waited 15 minutes and called twice, disappointing first impression.
