This place is misleading and overcharging. Didn’t even give my friend what she wanted. It looks horrible. Do not give this place your business. And your reply is horrible as well. Saying she ruined her hair with box dye? Any competent hairdresser would have been able to give her what she asked for as she only dyed her hair once with black box dye. Andrea herself said she forgot to rebook her, so saying she didn’t come in isn’t very true either. And you charged her $480 for that. Maybe learn how to be nicer to customers because insulting isn’t the way to go. How old are you again? Insulting a 19 year old? Get it together.

My first time going into this salon I had dry, damaged hair that had been through way too much after years of hard water use. Andrea told me it was going to take time but boy am I glad I stuck with her! I always leave with my hair feeling soft, shiny, and full of life again. From the start, she took the time to really assess what my hair needed and explained every step of the treatment process. The deep conditioning and repair products they used made such a difference right away — and they gave me great tips and products to keep my hair healthy at home too. Not only did my hair look amazing, the atmosphere was calm and uplifting, and I could tell she truly cares about restoring hair health. I wanted layers into my existing a-line cut, and a little off my bangs. I showed her an inspo photo and described what I wanted, and she delivered! Usually when I leave a salon, I immediately go home and re-style my hair. I LOVE my cut and I didn't want to change a thing! Andrea is really skilled and I look forward to returning to her chair.

It’s so nice to come here and get a nice hairstyle, relax and have a nice cup of freshly brewed coffee or tea. Charles will host your comfort and Andrea will work her magic on your hair. She listens to what I want and does that or explains how she can adjust and make it better. She’s fantastic with hair color as well as styles. I’ve seen some of her Men’s cuts too and they had some great fades going on!

Andrea is AMAZING! Not only is she a doll to chat with, she really listens to her clients and offers great suggestions to get you what you want! The salon has tons of products as well as a cute boutique with a collection of adorable things. The receptionist is a fun easy going guy, definitely the cherry on top!
