I got my microblading done and Angie did powder shading without asking me before. After I was done she said, "I did your powder for you". Angie did not take any measurements for my eyebrows and messed it up. Now one arch is up and one is down. One is thick and one is thin. She did not give me a mirror in between. There was no communication between us. I still gave her a tip. She asked for more money. I called the next day and she said she will fix my eyebrows during the touchup. When I did the touchup she said my eyebrows were already like that. What is the point to do eyebrows- to fix the shape. She did a horrible job. I do not recommend this to anyone.

Mostly only go get a massage when there is a Groupon sale but this place was so amazing, id go back regardless. Athey diagnosed my major issues without me saying a word and focused on them. Took their time and really treated me great. Recommend 100%

Had a great time here. We did a 60 min facial and 60 min body massage with Mia and Nancy - it was very good! They both did a fantastic job. Definitely recommend coming here.

I booked a Brazilian wax and left feeling completely misled and uncomfortable. The service I received was not what I paid for. Instead of a wax, the technician simply shaved me. I was confused during the appointment, hoping it was some new technique, but it became clear this was not the case. The process was finished by applying hot wax without pulling it properly and using baby powder in a way that seemed unhygienic and odd. The result has been exactly what you'd expect from a bad shave: a bumpy, itchy, scratchy and irritated reaction. I now have to wait weeks for my hair to grow back enough to get the actual wax I paid for. To make matters worse, I was pressured to select a tip amount before the service even began, which felt coercive and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this place

I booked a 75 minute facial thru Groupon and was pleasantly surprised that they were able to book me within days and not have to wait weeks for an appointment. The facial itself was very nice. The reason I took off 1 star was because the esthetician never introduced herself upon walking into the room and I believe she spoke zero English too because at the end I asked her a question and she just smiled but no feedback. And there was no Zen music playing during my facial which I felt was truly missing. It just makes the facial more pleasant to relax to. Especially when she put the mask on my face and you are left in the room alone for a few minutes, it would be nice to hear some music in the background instead of total silence. So, if they could improve these 2 things that would make it
