I had an amazing experience at Y Spa on W Charleston Blvd in Las Vegas. The space was clean, quiet, and very relaxing from the moment I walked in. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire session. The treatment was exactly what I needed — great pressure, very attentive to detail, and truly helped relieve my tension. I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. If you're looking for a quality spa experience in Las Vegas, I highly recommend this place. I will definitely be coming back!

I had a very disturbing experience at this place. I paid $80 for a 30-minute massage, but I did not even receive 10 minutes of actual massage. Instead, the woman repeatedly tried to upsell me on sexual services, asking for extra money for inappropriate acts. I made it clear I only wanted a legitimate massage, but she continued pushing sexual offers, which made me extremely uncomfortable. This is not a professional massage business and does not operate like a licensed spa. I feel misled, overcharged, and uncomfortable. People should be aware that this location appears to be offering illegal services under the name of massage. I strongly advise others to stay away, and I hope the appropriate authorities look into this business.
