Jen went above and beyond in making this a memorable experience for our client. She was personable, accommodating and made sure our client was comfortable every step of the way. I booked an appointment on Monday, but Jen surprised me with an earlier slot that worked for my schedule—she was great at communicating what to expect, how to prepare, and how to care for my lashes afterwards. The process was seamless and she made sure that I was comfortable throughout. The lashes came out beautifully, a whole lot more than I anticipated, and I look forward to coming back. I was also pleasantly surprised that my appointment ended within a reasonable time and that she provided me with a cute aftercare kit that I didn’t experience at a previous shop. 10/10 she’s amazing, go check her out you won’t regret it!!
