Y NAIL & SPA

I routinely get my nails done here and I always love the results! My most recent visit I got my nails done based on a design I found on Pinterest to match my outfits I was wearing to an upcoming convention and she did a great job replicating the design!

Mia and Alice are so sweet ! They both did a wonderful job with my pedicure and manicure!! Finally found a nail salon I want to come back to on Staten Island ! Love these ladies

Frankie and Linda were excellent! Linda did my pedicure and Frankie did my gel manicure & nail art. Both were professional, quick, and took care of my nails. I will be going back again.

Y Nails? Y did I go there? The place seems to have changed staff since the last time I went there. I asked for a Brazilian and a mani / pedi. They ignored the fact that I asked for a Brazilian, did my mani / pedi. Got nail polish all over my hands, didn't ensure that my hands weren't dusty from the nail filing, didn't forewarn me that they were putting lotion on my hands. Got lotion all over my wedding rings (which I'm still getting out), I asked them to take the nail polish off my hands and she didn't get it all and she knew it. My nail polish has bumps in it now so I know it's going to peel and it's the gel one too. I've got bubbles in my polish and sloppy edges.They didn't check if my toenail polish was dry. They handed me my bill and basically told me to pay. I didn't bother reminding

I gotta say love my nails on my hands and love the designs BUT IWILL NEVER GO BACK DO TO THIS 1 big mistake the pedicure spa which I always get was different this day she never asked me if I wanted a razor which I thought was ilegal to use she cut me deep and saddest part no first aid kit to clean and never finish spa the way it was suppose to be and still was charged over $100 bucks plus I tipped I understand what there saying when they think I don’t and the BOSSES SHARED NO CONCERN FOR MY INJURY be careful people I noticed she used same razor on me on someone else that had me run to e.r I was scared unsanitary smh
