When I say normally never write stuff like this I really mean it. I went in for a simple bang trim. I wanted them to be kind of layered a little bit and for my bangs to be split in the middle. I thought the stylist was going to trim a little bit off so that if I wanted more to be cut off I can just ask for more trim. She did not to say the least. She completely chopped my bangs. The bangs were also uneven. She also proceeded to tell me that my hair was thinner on one side than it is the other which I’ll admit is true it’s genetic for me. But I’ve also asked other stylists in the past when I went to get a trim to do the exact same thing and I’ve never heard them tell me that and I’ve always been happy with my results. This hairdresser doesn’t even deserve a 1 star but I’ll give that as his cut is decent. Today I took my 10 year old son to get his hair cut and asked for a high and tight and explained what he wanted. She started cutting his hair and asking him to move his head in certain directions, it caught my attention because she started being aggressive in telling him to hold still and stop moving his head and as I watched he was moving his head cause she was pushing on it, after she kept being aggressive I got up and walked over and asked her if she was able to cut kids hair as she seemed frustrated, she snapped back with “I cut lots of kids hair, he keeps moving” I said while he is a child and it looks like your pushing on him that’s why he’s moving. Used to be ok. Never enough staff and super long wait times. Usually only 1 person in the afternoon and evenings. Go somewhere else. This place is a sinking ship if they keep running a business like this.

Went to get my son's hair cut before school started. Showed the hairstylist a couple pictures of what he wanted. Explained he doesn't want a fade or shaved sides/back of the head. She started cutting his hair, I had to leave to use the restroom as their restroom is for employees only. Came back and they were almost done. Paid and left. Gave my son a shower upon returning home to get the extra hair washed off and noticed they left a rat tail (which I ended up cutting off at home) and when he got dried off and everything I took a look again at his hair and noticed the entire backside of his haircut was completely botched and uneven. My son said the hairdresser was talking crap about a psoriasis spot on his scalp while cutting his hair, to another hairdresser who was working next to her. The
