first time here & im sure ill be returning. the service was great, they allowed my sister & i both to come in at 6pm and stayed after hours to finish both of our nails. both my sister & i had people who seemed to care a lot more about making sure we got what we wanted compared to any salon ive been to before. they were also so kind & funny. she did such an incredible job on my nails & really took her time. i do have to add it was a little pricey i think, my set was $95.

Told me they could do a simple color that they ended up not being able to do, buffed some of the skin off my thumb, left me with crusty cuticles, and charged me $70. That’s insane.

Went in to get a fill and was told after my polish was off I had to get a new set so I let him remove them and do a new set but asked if they had a jewel he said yes and towards the end told me he didn’t have it so the nails look nothing like the picture I called at 4:06 and asked if they had time they said yes. After all done and I mention the nails aren’t at all the same length and chop the charged me 85$ I sent my husband in to talk to them and they said no refunds and that I kept them an extra 2 hours past closing (closing at 4) which if they couldn’t have done it they could have told me the closed since I called them (after closing) just ridiculous and so unhappy with my nails for the holidays. If I could leave 0 stars I would what I wanted vs what I got! I’d be happy with even 30$ b

I am very picky when it comes to my nails. These are my criteria: keep my nails as healthy as possible because I do not use tips, nail shape/length needs to match the other hand, art work needs to be clean! I got my nails done once a few years back and left so angry because the lady that did them lacked attention to detail to the extent that I asked her to remove what she had done and I left with thin/brittle nails that took me 2+ months to grow back. I was convinced to give them another chance by my sister and I’m glad I did. The original lady that had done my nails is no longer there and there is a new girl in town who brings her A game when it comes to her craft. Ava knows what she’s doing and loves to have creative freedom. On top of that she is very friendly and accommodating to any
