The absolute worst management and worst mannerisms I’ve actually ever experienced. I’m always on time and have been a loyal customer the one time that I need to push my appointment up a little bit due to car trouble and I was told yes you can come later I show up and then they say that they don’t want to do it, not even due to time, but because they simply don’t want to. This just comes to show how they treat their loyal customers. The manager is the rudest individual I have ever met He has hung up multiple times on multiple individuals. When you find a nail salon that you think is great after years and then one day turns their back is the shoes how money is the only value, I even said I will pay more if needed.

I simply love everything about this place I’ve been going to Cindy when she was in brick n followed to her new location , the staff/ management are phenomenal, always accommodating when needed ! I love that when I come to get my nails done it’s one less stress I let Cindy pick my color and do whatever she always slays it ! And I walk away feeling relaxed and happy!

Have been coming to Cindy for over a year, the shop is always so clean and everyone is friendly. My nails always look beautiful and are so healthy and strong. I love the ease of online appointments
