Many times people will only leave a review to complain and few take the time to shout out for outstanding service & dedication. I have been going to Angelo for over 30 years so naturally when I was getting married I only wanted Angelo to do my hair. Angelo took the day off to be able to do my hair for the big day. What we didn’t expect was a devastating fire to his son’s home on the same day. Angelo somehow managed to keep it together while the fire was happening and his son’s dog was loose and injured. I wouldn’t have blamed him if he had to go as his son was in a dire situation, but he didn’t he stayed and finished my hair. Angelo is an amazing stylist and salon owner who always goes the extra mile!

I went to Jen for a haircut for the first time and she turned my world around! She did exactly what I wanted I couldn’t be any happier with my results, I will be coming to her for my haircuts from now on. Perfect!

Very clean and friendly staff. I have been seeing Jen for over 25 years. She has been cutting, coloring and doing up-dos for me and I’m always happy with how my hair turns out. I have been a satisfied patron of LA Hair design for over 28 years. Angelo has cut my hair every month since than. I have short hair, pixie style cut , which I am very particular about. He listens to me, hears me as I voice my concerns as my hair has changed over the years. I have never gotten a haircut I haven’t liked. He gives such an amazing haircut that I get several compliments from strangers asking me “who cuts your hair “ every month. Anyone need a professional stylist come to LA Hair Design you won’t regret it .

Deserves zero stars. Jen didn’t seem to understand the concerns I had about my hair, and seemed fairly dismissive when I explained it became very thinned out over the last several years. Shedidn’t seem to understand my goals seeing the few photos that I’d showed of past great haircuts from a long time stylist who knew how best to handle this hair (retired). I should’ve left immediately. Instead I foolishly stayed and suffered the most imprecise, lopsided, ugly and incompetent haircut I ever had and looks much worse than what I'd done to it by accentuating everything I wanted to hide. There is no excuse for this considering my hair WAS pretty long in the first place. There was no reason to cut the top overly short and leave the rest like a shag from the 70s gone wrong.
