XO Nail & Spa Tallahassee

This is my second time going, went with my niece this time. The service is always exceptional and quick. I always come with a design and they either do it exactly like the picture or even better. Both our nails came out so cute. Thanks Phillip, I didn’t get the other techs names but they were great as well. My first time I had Ken and he did amazing. This is my new nail home, can’t wait for the next visit !

I go my toes done by Mr. Philip and my nails were done by Mrs.Nancy. Very clean environment and nice people. The work speaks for itself I really love my nails. The hot towel and leg scrub were very relaxing. Only downside is that my acrylics are a bit thick and I had some discomfort that night. I will be returning

LOVE this nail salon!!! Staff is very friendly and nice and I wasn't in pain at the price bwahaha The first two pictures were my and my sisters first time here, Lia did mine and Michael did hers and we loved them!!! We had to come back so yesterday we came back with some family and friends and had a really good afternoon. Peter did my brown nails and I'm so happy with them they're so cute!! Dragged my boyfriend here today for pedicures and Phillip and Nancy took good care of us it was so relaxing and definitely coming back again, this is my go to nail salon and they are good about walk ins

One of the best nail experiences I had in Tallahassee! Leah was fantastic with doing the shaping of my nails and Micheal did amazing with the design I had in mind. Will definitely be coming back!!

0 stars, my toes were cut too short to have any shape. the meat of my toe was showing about my nails. i used google translate and saw they were calling my “crazy” and said “she doesn’t know what she wants”. they were also cursing towards and about me in their conversations. the manager refused a refund, and refused to take responsibility for it. i had to go to another salon (go to exotic nails, they’re amazing) to get the fixed.
